Stage 1: Harvesting and Cutting

Wood is harvested from mature trees that are deemed suitable for timber production. Once felled, the raw wood is transported immediately to the processing facility to minimize exposure to bacteria and fungi, which could compromise its integrity.

Marine

Stage 2: Pressurized Preservation Treatment

Pressurized Preservation Treatment At the factory, raw wood is treated with a preservation liquid chemical compound to protect it from decay and termite infestation. This process is conducted in a vacuum-sealed pressure chamber, where the wood is soaked and injected with the preservative. The pressure is gradually increased to 5–10 kg/m³ and maintained for approximately 20 minutes to ensure thorough absorption.

Industrial

Stage 3: Kiln Drying

The treated wood is dried in a kiln to remove excess moisture and achieve a consistent moisture content. This step improves the wood’s durability, prevents surface cracking and splitting, and reduces its overall weight, making it more cost-effective to transport.

Industrial

Stage 4: Quality Control Inspection

After drying, each piece of wood undergoes a meticulous quality control inspection to identify and address any flaws. The wood is then resized, sorted, and classified according to industry standards by qualified personnel, ensuring only high-quality material proceeds to the next stage.

Industrial

Stage 5: Packaging

The inspected wood is neatly stacked in cubic meter bundles and securely wrapped in waterproof material. This packaging protects the wood from water seepage, staining, and other environmental factors during storage and transit.

Industrial

Stage 6: Fumigation and Shipping

Before shipping, the packaged wood is fumigated as required by the relevant agricultural authorities. This step ensures the wood is free from bacteria and fungal infections, making it safe and compliant with international shipping regulations.
